Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel an order please do so within 4 hours of placing the order. This allows us more time to fulfill your request and make it easier. It is not possible to cancel part of your order; all cancellations must be complete in this time frame. We recommend re-purchasing any required products as this will simplify the transaction overall.

  • If you cancel your order before your services have been initiated, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the initiation of service, there would be no refund.
  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
    There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
  • Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and AHA Home Foods reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Although our list of services is programmed to update automatically, AHA Home Foods reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the performance of the services. In all such cases, we have the right to accept or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Returns & Refunds
We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition. In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the order value of the product. We can also send you a replacement product in lieu of the refund, if you so choose.

Please contact our customer support within 12 hours; we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product so that we can take it up with the seller. You will appreciate that, being fresh food products, returns are not possible and order cancellations are possible only before a product is made ready to ship.

Returns
Generally, perishable food items such as Pickles, Sweets, Namkeen and Fryms are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or spoiled upon delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
